7 May 2014 – BNP Paribas Securities Services, a global custodian with over A$8 trillion in assets under custody, today announced the appointment of Justin Burman as Head of Asset and Fund Services (AFS) in Australia. Mr Burman is responsible for market research and analysis, service offer development and management, product line financial management and sales support.
Mr Burman brings over 20 years of industry experience to the position, including senior roles within BNP Paribas, Colonial First State and Ipac. Over the past 10 years he has been Product Manager and Head of Registry Services at BNP Paribas Securities Services.
Daryl Crich, who was formerly Head of AFS, was appointed Chief Administration Officer several months ago, holding both roles until a replacement was identified.
